« on: December 02, 2009, 03:10:20 am »
i sent my gtd IP and injectors to a local guy that rebuilds and services IPs and injectors and he just so happens to be an approved BOSCH agent

He set my pump to 1.9 td specs, fitted new seals all round and a new input shaft bearing thern he bench tested it and stripped and cleaned 4 injectors and reset them to 155 bar all for 98.50 GBP!! what a bargain!!

well happy!  ;D

Well I read Jimbob's  note, and I can't believe that price, seeing as  Bosch agents pay for a licence, and some garages charge more than £100 per hour for their work. (Must have been Jim's brother  ;D )

Good price!

My local VW experts charge £45 p/h  :( But they are really good! and it's almost worth that to go see their fleet of MK1's ;D
