Lock the pulley in plac as if you were timing the engine and the keyway will be pointing to where outlet A would be if the head was installed
Stand the pump up vertical with head at the top.Use vaseline to stick the 2 spring guides into the head along with their washersSet camplate in, plunger and plunger shim in the pump along with the plate the springs rest on and also the springsStick the small springs into the headGently lower head (with small springs and spring guides stuck to it) onto the plunger

One small problem.....the questions I'll get asked by the wife when found taking a tub of vaseline into the garage.
