New to forum, Hello!

Thought I'd say hello to you fine fellows after being a pest in the troubleshooting forum

Got my diesel years back now, the previous owner passed away so the title transfer was miles of red tape.  Trying to clear all of that up now.  Although I did DD it for about 4 months completely illegally (fresh out of high school )

Now its been 5 years and its just for trips to the mail box and back.  Although I'm having some serious problems with it starting now Help HERE!  It will promoted to DD over my Corrado when it is legal and running again.
