2000 Jetta low or no boost

Boost shuts off above 2500rpm. Had to disconnect egr and anti-shutter valve(would shut off engine shortly after starting.

Yes, but Vagcom only shows glug plug heater circuit malf.

My bet is bad MAF. It can be bad and not throw a code. N75 is possible too. How is your snow screen?
