1.6l D/TD, Brand New never opened.  Still in original packaging with all paperwork and instructions.

they include nuts and washers?

Complete set, 12mm, original package is unopened.  Includes all paper work that ships with them including full instructions.

That's a good question.  I don't know the answer to that.  The Company name is Race-Tech Engineering, Inc.-800-468-1977 toll free number in US.  They may have a website, part number is RT-106.  

Let me know if you can't find this information and I'll call them for you.

I tried calling and they are closed till next week, 10/17.

The package says "All VW 4 Cyl. Diesel from '82

Maybe someone else can input some info???
