Velocity stacks on N/A manifold?
« on: November 08, 2009, 06:41:31 am »
I've already changed the air filter/intake setup on my vanagon; removed the stock panel filter and ducted the intake to a cotton cone filter (3") in a closed box inside of the left air scoop column.  An excellent seat of the pants difference for me in overall power.  I'm wondering if anyone has added velocity stacks to their n/a idi intake, and if it helped at all?  The vanagon intake runners are shorter than the normal ones, and now that my panel filter is out I could add some tuned length.  Your thoughts (besides get a turbo)?
