WTB: 1.6 TD turbo oil drainline for T2

I have an 85 1.6 td and need the turbo oil drainline. I DON'T HAVE ANY LINE, and I am using a Garrett T2 turbo with a male fitting rather than using the standard T type fitting which fits the K24. I am having a horrible time trying to match up any kind of drain line around here locally. No one knows much about metric fittings locally, and the only thing I can do it to take it to a hydraulic hose shop (taking the whole engine with me (it is assembled, but out of the car)) and having them custom make one up with the engine in tow.
So, if anyone has a good drain line, and/or ideas, resourses, or suggestions on how to make up the drain line, I would greatly appreciate your counsel and input. I don't know much about metric thread sizes, although if someone could give a quick lesson, I would apprecaite that also. We don't have any local import shops that know much about this.
Thanks

Greg

All I know about is the KKK K24 and you said it is different. I would just take the line off and take it to your hose shop. That will probably be the easiest and you know for sure.

I don't have a line to work with, and so the only way I can get the right fittings is to take the turbo and oil pan in and have a hose made up. This is problematic since both are installed on a motor I rebuilt, and is ready to put into my pickup. I guess I could remove the turbo but need to have a fitting for the oil pan, which I don't have. In any case, if someone knows fitting sizes, this woudl help. I'll try to post some pictures.

Since you are starting from scratch this is better. Just get something to work...That is how I got my feed line for the KKK K24
Measure how much you think you'll need for your hose. Take the fitting out of the turbo. Mark which end goes into the turbo so you know what thread to get. Take your oil pan or fitting or measure the hole you have and buy fittings for both the turbo and pan. I recommend JIC or AN whatever you want to call it. Then make your own hose for the fittings you just bought.

thompkin industries has a good supply of metric to an flare -8 ADAPTERS
Hose size should be -8 ( 1/2) i.d.
I would suggest teflon for the temp range

Thanks for the tips. The turbo fitting is solid and I cannot remove it. It is a male thread, and the oil pan is a male thread also, but larger than the turbo. GeeBee, what did you mean by a banjo fitting? I guess I am trying to get fittings without taking off the turbo and removing the oil pan. But, on the other hand, if I can measure the fittings, perhaps I can match them by ordering the appropriate sizes. I'll take the teflon suggestion to heart. I wonder if the k-14 hose will be close enough that I will only need an adapter on the turbo end? Does the k14 hose bolt up to the oil pan?
Thanks

The K14 line I have has a female swivel/metric on one end and a fitting that a bango bolt goes thru on the block..( AKA ( BANJO FITTING 1/2 I.D. HOSE )
If it was me I would get a block metric/an adapter and than look on ebay for a k14 oil line return hose kit
Iam just too OCD these days, I do everything likes it a aircraft...

I'm going to measure up the threads and look for an adapter/block and fittings. According to the local hydraulic hose maker I am in contact with, there are a great variety of possible fittings for thread pitch and size. Ignorance about metric fittings makes it hard to get the rights parts and resources. I should have done this with the turbo and pan off before the rebuild, but didn't think that far ahead. Sheeeh!
