J'oubliai, pour les nez d'injecteur je pensais aux 0.240 en 5 trous (d'après ce que j'ai lu c'est le mieux)
Auriez vous des fournisseurs, je cherche un bon rapport qualité/prix mais le site de DSS ne marche plus, je voudrais comparer avec ceux que j'ai déjà trouvé.
Lors de la monte de mes 0.216 j'avais contrôlé le tarage et ils étaient un peu faible, entre 175 et 185 bar il me semble (pas trop sur) et lors d'un devis chez

Eux : Bosio price is per piece, not per set
BOSIO we do not prefer for TDI, it´s typical item for US market but in europe we´ve better solutions
you are right, the ..race260 offers much more flow as the biggest Bosio an it´s cheaper
max Bosio size is 0.230, our ..260 in combination with 12mm pump head is much more extended
our best sold for "basic tuning" is ...race225 - similar to the .230 Bosio but not so expensive
for wich engine / engine code you need the nozzles ?
Moi : My car is a VW golf Mk3 tdi 90hp engine code 1z. I have already 0.216 nozzles and a 11mm pump head. I have already installed the same FMIC which is installed on a Renault Megane RS, with my stock turbo at 1,4 bar pressure and an ECU ship i have not a lot of smoke. Now i'm installing a VNT1749VA turbo from a passat or A4 tdi 130 engine so i would like to increase power by changing the injector nozzle but i don't want so much smoke.
So can you give me some advice to complete my engine customization?
I hesistate beetween the Race240 or Race260. Are they 5,6 or 7 holes injector nozzles? should i improve the injection pressure of my injector?

in combination with the 11mm head best choice to encrease power without smoke is 0.225 nozzle

even good idea is, to high toe opening pressure from 190/200 up to 220 bar
Désolé c'est un peu long mais c'est pour partager un peu ce que je sais, ma question est puis je vraiment retarer mes injecteurs sachant que dans la RTA ils disent que c'est pas possible,
Il me semble que charly 30 a bidouillé la pression d'injection sur son 5 cylindre mais est ce les meme que moi?
Le vendeur me dit de retarer à 220 bars alors pourquoi Charly30 a par expérience trouvé son meilleur réglage a 200 bars?
