I do actually have a k24 but it's in my car so I'd rather not part with it yet. Do you know what shipping would be to zip 66006 I imagine not very cheap. I'll keep yours in mind but if I find a TD block with squirters I'll probably do that.

I have a 1.6 hydraulic long block.
Ran fine, but I put the head on a "living" Jetta.
I am in Belleville Ontario, Canada so I don't know how I would send it.
Do you want only the block (lighter to ship) or the whole package ;
crank, pistons,pan, vac pump, int shaft, oil pump  ect.
I also have a good k24 and manifold I can part with.

Vegged-out,

Is that a turbo block (mit squirters)? If so, I may be interested. I'm close by, (Alex Bay, NY) so I could come and get it --

If that block has oil squirters I'd be interested in just the short block. I don't need the K24 that was a reply to catlin_cava.

Yes this a turbo so it has squirters. I can sell the short block for $175.00 plus shipping.
Alex bay- you are very close and I am actually driving to Syracuse to-morrow and could do a drop off.
Kentucky- I am away this weekend and would still have to strip it down to the short block. If anyone knows what
a short block weighs I can figure out shipping.
Please send me p-mail with contact info.
Michiel

I don't really have a use for more mechanical na 1.6s. If you really want the Audi we can probably work something out. PM me.
