autohausaz.com has them, both complete pre calibrated and just the nozzles.

I bought my last set from them. They now leakdown. Startup is horrible. Too much diesel to blow out of the system. This is the second set of injectors to do this. Anyone have a quick fix?? the injectors are new but for some reason they leak diesel after shut down.

Do you have your own pop tester?
I'd be inclined to use a little fine grinding paste on the seat of the needle. Otherwise if still under guarantee, ship em back...

I just had a personal set of injectors rebuilt at the local shop and look what I got. You tell me that this happened before they got them

i would take them back to wherever you had them done. have you ever dealt with Diesel Fuel Injection in scappoose? they are the closest diesel shop to me, they even have a dyno i think (40 bucks for 3 pulls if i remember right). but ive never been to them for anything.

Those look like AAZ injectors, which like everything else VW made during the mk3 era love to rust. They usually rust on the inside of the bottom piece above the threads and then when cracked open they split. I'm surprised they gave them back to you like that though.

I can't tell from the picture but does the metal look pretty thin where the 2 halves meet?

Re: AutohausAZ injectors:
They receive their rebuilds from multiple sources (perhaps all large parts businesses do) and I wonder about consistent quality work.
