anyway I've got it so I'm going to use it
something else happened this week. my dad used my sisters '91 passat (AAZ eco) stationwagon and a drunk driver ran into him, the whole left side is bent ... fixing would be over it's worth so ...
now I have another dillema
what do I fix?
the 1.6 td, the 1.6 td with an AAZ head or just put in the 1.9 AAZ without all the ECO stuff?
Reason would dictate to install the 1.9 AAZ (as it runs) while rebuilding the 1.6 GTD.
Once installed and torqued do the ARP head studs need to be retorqued evry so often? like every 15000km. I'm thinking this because of the expanding engine due to heat and cold. Stretch bolts would compensate but these studs?
