Mk1 vw caddy looking to go black! (smoke he he he)

I have access to workshop and willing technican, but would appreciate soime advice, search just confuzed me more, i think i want a aaz tdi from mk 3 golf or similar (1995-1996 ish) and want to fit it in my caddy and tune it.
i require the following?
whole car.. yes so we can pick and choose nits to swap
engine
gearbox
drive shafts
master cylinder (brakes are crap)
calipers and discs and pads

what else do i need and what do i need to start looking for for tuning.
I work in smart car specialsit and have access to turbo suppliers and custom made parts too
modified pump (giles or anyone in uk reccomended please?)

injectors (any suggestions)

i can get induction kit made here

exhaust made to suit after

do i need to swap out clocks n stuff or just some threads that will scare me to start with please
