Is there a trick to it, or are my hands just too damn big??? I have tried everyway to connect them, but it is hard to see what i'm doing. Not sure where exactly the cable connects. The Bentley book is not that definitive in that area. Any suggestions?
What end are you working on?
Just trying to get the stupid thing attached to the clutch pedal. I'm a big guy and it is hard for me to get up in there, plus it is hard to see. I'm upside down wearing a headlamp, trying to put this thing on, but having no luck

Any tips to make it easier? Not sure exactly how it attaches. When I took the old one off, it was mostly by feel.
Still looking for suggestion on this one.
Lay all the seats down, open the hatch, tie a rope around your feet and crawl in through the hatch head first, the other end of the rope is tied around a tree. Your head will lay on the floormat. After you get it hooked up your back and legs won't function properly and your ribs will ache. To get out put the car in first gear, reach up and turn the key......hopefully the car won't hit anything. hehe

I know it's a pain but I usually loosen the cable using the adjustment at the tranny and lay on the floor rail (whatever it's called) on my back with a light in there already, once you see it it's pretty simple. It's just a hook on the pedal and a plastic cable end that just slips over the hook. Good luck.
