New intake Tube elbow gasket 1.9 AAZ
« on: September 18, 2009, 06:25:51 pm »
Iam going to make a die for the intake elbow..

Iam will be using .032 silicone with a fiberglass insert, It's the same materail I use for the KTM motorcycle valve cover gaskets..

I keep .032, .062 and .093 in stock in various colors for different customer needs..

I mfg silicone gaskets ( baffle seals ) for 465 different model of aircraft, all die-cut with a clicker press

I just finished making the tool for the caddy rear bump stop's today, 250 pairs in production

If any one would want's one let me know and I will get one in the mail to you..

Ijust finished drill my exhaust and intake manifold's before the get ceramic coated and the intake poweder coated along with the heat sheild's..

Polishing out the S/S Techtonic's 2'5 downpipe and sending the complete exhaust out for ceramic coating at the same time..

I removed everything from the engine compartment for ( bracket's  etc ) for satin black powder coating most not structural screws are S/S now.

I found a new brake booster and master cylinder for the MKII pedal swap since I"am doing G60 brakes on my caddy

Not much left except a empty bank account fund  :'(

I need a pic of the stocker assy to see the angles and sizes and all but I'm probably very interested in one or more.
