• Where can one buy the gasket that fits between the block and the oil cooler...I have searched a few places with no luck

• Dealer will have 'em, and the WorldPac guys carry them as well.

• What is the diameter?
   I see several sizes on ebay.
  Volve oil cooler was the search I was using.

  From what I remember an oil filter gasket is damn close in size and I was gonna use one there but the dealer had the O-ring and I got 2 of them, I didn't want that gasket to possibly blow out of there.
