1.9 TD oil light

I have a 1.9 TD AAZ jetta and I get the oil light/buzzer coming on randomly. Sometimes I can drive for a few days then it will go off and other times it might go off twice on the ride home. When it goes off I stop and turn the car off and then turn it back on and then the light/buzzer goes off. Is there a sensor that could be acting up???
