Good Deal?

Minus the 6 hour trip to the car, 1992 Jetta 1.6TD, rebuilt motor, rebuilt pump, body in good shape. over 3500$ invested into the car, the guy will let it go to me for 650...It needs an exhaust gasket. What do you think? lol ;)
