Auto trans rebuild/hop up..

ok, has any of you guys ever dealt with trannies out of 5000's? it has an RC (i think) auto trans in it. and its a big time slush box. it slushes into every gear. niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice sloooooooooooooooooooow shifts :'( but i want it to shift harder. can you take and put a shift kit (i know they probably dont make them tho) into one of these trannies like you would a turbo 350 or C6? the trans isnt really that bad to drive, i just wish it had quicker crisper shifts. the car is really fun to drive, but i think the trans is either starting to go out, or the fluid is just so burnt that it can barely work anymore.

if anyone has some knowledge about these boxes and what i can do (or cant do) with them, it would be greatly appreciated if you would share your wisdom.

Dunno, if there is anything same as later trannys, but I´m going to find out/try this when I change fluids for my Audi 100.
