Here's a breakdown of the schedule and costs:
FRIDAY THE 2nd
Anytime after 3PM to set up camp.
Friday is really just a set-up opportunity/meet N Greet for the folks that are getting here early/out-of-towner's and those that want to party and camp an extra night.
This will be the first year we will offer this and we don't expect a big turnout Friday night.
Due to the nature of this we will not be offering free food/beer/entertainment Friday night, but if you want to bring some instruments to play and beer to drink we'll be more than happy to get things started right and set the mood for the weekend early.
As of this year we won't be charging for Friday night, but we strongly encourage people to get Sat. and Sunday registration upon arrival so it makes less strain on the registration people the rest of the weekend....might as well do as much as we can while it's slow.
SATURDAY THE 3rd
DUB DASH RALLYE AND PRE-DASH BASH
This will be the first year for the Dash to be ran on Saturday instead of Sunday.
Registration and arrivals will happen all morning and allow people to set up camp for Sat. night, and DRIVER's MEETING will be between 1 and 1:30 PM followed by FIRST CAR OUT.
Registration for the Dash will be the same $20 per car Friday night and $25 per car day of show.....and this includes you, your car, and your co-pilots' admission.
Registration for the pre-Dash Bash/campout will be an additional $15 per head.
Package price for the rallye, Pre-dash bash, and show for Sunday is only $50 for the whole weekend per car. Driver and co-pilot
(additional passengers donation $10+ for wrist band Sat.)
DUB DASH BASH
Dub Dash Bash starts by 5 at the latest and the bands will take stage.
The Bash goes till @ bar closing time I'd say as a loose estimate.
Sat. night we ask for $15 per person and this will get you a wristband.
The wristband gets you your FOOD tickets and all you can drink, a place to camp, and live entertainment.
Food will be served from @ 6 PM to @10PM or until we run out.
Sunday we will be charging for concessions, but it'll be cheap as always...
$1.50 for your choice of a slice of pizza, a brat, or met.
We will also have something on hand for the vegetarian's among us....avail. and price is TBD.
The grounds are lowrider friendly.
We also will allow pets, but use your judgement....we can't have dogs running around and scratching cars and fighting with other dogs.
SUNDAY the 4th
DUB DASH CAR SHOW AND AWARDS
This is the first year we will have the show portion of the event all by itself on Sunday.
This will allow attendees the chance to wake up and relax for the day instead of cramming the show and rallye into one day as we've done in years past.
This also allows us to get the judging and awards underway much earlier so if you're from out of town and need to hit the road you have the option of getting an earlier start in going home.
Free coffee, doughnuts and aspirin Sunday morning
Registration for the SHOW will be $10 per car for Fri/Sat. arrivals (pre-reg and pkg deals) and $15 day of show....this includes you, your car, and co-pilot, and will most likely include a goodie bag.
Judging will be closed by 1 PM
Awards will be by 2-3 PM
