A couple of thoughts:
- the contact on the dual-port oil pressure sender is likely the wrong pressure *and* wrong polarity to replace the pressure sensor currently on your oil filter flange. You can use a multimeter to test for sure... the contact would need to be OPEN with no pressure.
Assuming my suspicions are correct, it will however replace the pressure sensor on your head just fine.
- there's a couple companies that make "oil pressure relocation" kits (Draft 42 for example) and others make M10x1 brass tees... VDO for example.

- oil temp sender is tricky to relocate since you want it in a flow of oil rather than at the dead end of a tee or relocation kit.
