1Z engine into mk2 golf, which power steering pulley?

hello forum members.

im in the process of fitting a 1Z tdi engine into my mk2 golf.

i have been told that i will need to change the power steering pulley on the crank, as the standard mk3 one is too big and will scrape against the chassis leg. so will need to find a smaller one to cure this problem.

does anyone know if i can use a mk2 golf pas pulley alongside the mk3 auxillary (ribbed) belt pulley, or does it have to be from a different model.

any help or advice will be much appreciated.
