August 1st-2nd Killington sports car club will be holding a hillclimb at Okemo Mount in Ludlow, Vt. We will be having a special "alternative fuel class" for Veg burning + BioD cars.
A hillclimb is a timed run up a course (this one is 2.7 miles with 30 turns) one car at a time against the clock.

What you need to pass tech is a sound car (a bit of common sense-check your car for a loose battery-bad wheel bearings etc.) An A-B-C fire extingusher mounted within reach - a Snell SA 2000 --(NOT a "M' certified one! Look for the tag.) and if you have an above floor tank secured with straps, it also needs some form of secure bracing to prevent movement.
We have Bio burning TDI's running with us and are pretty quick.
