Which Monark nozzles for a 1.9TD AAZ?
« on: June 30, 2009, 11:02:03 pm »
Hey all,

Did some searching around the forums, but couldn't find the answer I was looking for.  Anyone know which Monark injectors would work for the AAZ?  All I can find is info on MB diesels.  I found GTD specific nozzles from Bosio, but I've read better things about Monark over Bosio, and they're less expensive, too.

Also, any recommendations on adding an intercooler?

FYI, this is not for a VW (though my other car is an '03 Golf TDI).  I am putting an AAZ in my 1986 Jeep Cherokee.

Thanks.

KERMATDI.COM CARRIES NOZZLES FOR THE AAZ

I got some from them and a 1..6 boost pin from brickwerk in the U.K.

Try emailing/calling Sean at [email protected]
phone 1-919-828-5221

Hes a dist for Monarch.
I bought bosio from Kermatdi (308's for my 92 eco diesel)
They were nice - but way too expensive.

I bought monarch 261's from sean in new monarch bodies and he set them to within less than 1 bar across the board.
Work nice. (the 308s I thought used a bit too much fuel)
His work is clean and his pricing is good.
Further, he is knowledgeable about the product and has good cataloging info available to try to help match nozzle to your actual needs.

My  $.02.
