Please Help! Code P0252??

I posted my original problem yesterday under Loss of power in cooler weather.  

I made it to Autozone where they read the code P0252: Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control "A" Range/Performance (Cam/Rotor/Injector).

Has anyone seen this one before? I have done some research on the net and can't find much about this code.  

Please tell me I don't have a bad pump!!!

I would appreciate any suggestions anyone has.
