I am tryring to trace out some circuits. How do the connectors unplug from the back of the panel? I see there is only one retaining clip on each connector. I squeeze the clip and pull but it won't come out. I squeeze the clip and at the same time pry on it with a screwdriver and one side come up a little but won't come out. Is there a trick or a special tool needed?
You have to "unlock" it first. There is a sliding lock that keep all the plugs in there. Look on side of the fuse box, you'll see it. Once that is slid over they should come out easily.
Thanks! Is this "unlock" procedure in the Bently? I looked all over and found nothing of the sort. I ended up prying the connector off and breaking the clip on the connector unintentionally and the tang intentionally so I could put it back in! I just looked at the fuse panel again and found the lock (a lever on the end of the panel that's pointing towards the radio, pulled it out and the connectors comes out and back in easily! Thanks again. I'm glad you guys are here to help!
