91 Jetta part out, everything must go
« on: June 27, 2009, 02:46:16 pm »
Hey guys,

I'm parting out my black 91 Jetta. As some of you may remember, I bought it for parts to fix my Golf. It's all fixed now
and I have to get rid of the Jetta soon.

It has a transplanted 1.9td in it. The only parts I've taken off are the cylinder head and one piston/connecting rod.
The injection pump was in fairly good shape when I bought it, started and ran nice but to be honest I only test drove
the car for about 2 minutes. The transmission is in terrible shape, it wouldn't even go into 2nd.

I'm located in the west end of the GTA. Prices do not including shipping.

Injection pump, asking $300 obo, comes with injector lines, sprocket. Bracket can be included if needed.

Exhaust manifold, not sure what the type of turbo flange it has but it's a real small turbo. $25 obo

Oil pan, windage tray and oil pump. $10, $5, $10 respectively obo. Oil pan has small nicks on the flange from removal
but can be easily filed smooth.

Intake manifold $20obo, Coolant outlets $3 each.

Pic of engine bay, Turbo oil feed line is nearly brand new $20obo.

If there is anything specific that you're looking send me a PM and can send some pics if needed.
Interior/exterior parts are also for sale. I really need this car gone in three weeks at most, if it
isn't gone by then I'm scrapping it so don't be afraid to give me low ball offers for anything.

I might like that vacuum pump cover and check valve.

What would you take for it, shipped to 93545, Lone Pine, CA?

Thanks

What type of door trim does it have, thick or thin?

Thanks,
Greg

VW_Commuter,

Not sure, I'm not familiar with the different types of door trim. I hope you can tell from these pictures.
The trim on the driver side is bent though, passenger side is still in good shape.

I'm am looking for a set of rebuildable injector cores. Have some? How much shipped to 01890?

I'd love the wheels but, shipping kills it I bet.  :(

Ziptar,

Sorry, I sold the injectors before I even posted the car for sale. Yeah, I like the wheels too. If I don't sell them
I'm going to put them on my car  ;D.

Two more weeks until I need to get rid of this thing. For those in the GTA, all body and interior parts can be
taken free of charge but you have to remove them. If you need a small part that has to be shipped I'll only charge
for the shipping. Just want to help some of you guys that have provided such great advice and knowledge.

Engine parts are still for sale and any reasonable offer will not be refused.

I need the small rubber/plastic trim piece that is on the front fender PASSENGER SIDE ONLY! It's about 1" wide by 4" long. I dunno how to remove it from the fender cause my original fender was accidently thrown away by the body shop. Let me know if you can remove it without damaging it and how much to shipped to 46939. Kewanna, Indiana. Thanks!

Oh yeah, I just rememberd....Are your door locks black and do they screw onto a threaded metal rod? If so, I would like all 4 of them. (If the price is right!) ;)

Bump,

Managed to get the car into my garage so I can keep it for a few more weeks but it's becoming a real PITA.

Come on guys, still offering the body/interior parts for free.

The car looks fairly clean. Any undercover rust holes? I'd be willing to take the whole rolling shell if you're looking to get rid of all of it. Let me know, I'm not far so I'd be happy to come by at take a look at it.
