• The IM shaft pulley on my 1.6 has a nic in the sidewall and its chaffing the timing belt..
  
  I am thinking of turning the sidewall off of a 1.5 IM shaft pulley so that it is smooth and running it..
  
  
  I would assume that both motors use the same part, but i would like to know if anyone's had any experience with it?
