What parts are included with a new turbo?

I ordered a new 1.9L K14 turbo, and was wondering what parts I will need to purchase to complete my swap. It is replacing a K24 on an '84 turbo diesel jetta engine.
I know I'll have to do something about the oil return, but what about the wastegate, blow off valve, that kind of stuff?

Thanks Andrew.  It was a complete turbo that I ordered. (It better be for a thousand bucks.  )
