What year or model number K14 turbo will fit a 83 Jetta 1.6 T/D 4 bolt exhaust manifold, they don't all have 3 bolt holes do they? If they do is just getting a 1.9 exhaust manifold all I have to do? My Rabbit wants fed better

Both the k14 from the ECO 1.6 and the bigger k14 from the 1.9 (AAZ) will have the same 4 bolt flange that your current turbo uses.

Do you think the 1.6 version would be the best for just a stock 1.6 that is gonna be a daily driver. I'm just interested in quick spooling and power on the mountain at about 65-70 mph. I want the power where it's usable and less lag or is the 1.9 one just as good in those respects. I have a rebuilt t3 here with a bigger comp. wheel and it's not worth 2 cents for power in any range so I'm a little afraid of a bigger comp wheel again or am I wrong
