There's a kit that exists but it's about $4000!
what kind of kit?
turbo? downpipe?
$4000 is too much I think..

I would think 2.0 PD would be a great engine for upgrades. 16v is a huge advantage over bottlenecked 8v head. Plus people are more likely to sell them due to the chain issue. Do it!!!!!

Same problem than the BHW 8v?
Is there any big difference with the internals of the PD140? If the 170 has better pistons and rods, I'll try to find this one.
My other question about the 16V: which injectors could I use? These are probably not the same nozzles than into a PD150!

Whoops. Got my engines mixed up. No you are right. Only the 8v BHW had the balance shaft issue. Did the BKD just come on Audi A3's?

The BKD are easy to find...
I would like to know if it's better to choose a 170 instead of 140...
I could use my EDC15P with the 140...

If you make serious tuning, better take BKD, easy to find and low cost..

Good!
About the injectors (almost nozzles), I suppose these aren't same as the ARL??

ARL nozzles are bigger than BKD ones.

The spray pattern is probably not the same.
I have 220 nozzles into my PD150, I suppose they won't work into the BKD injectors...??
As I can see, the PD170 injectors are piezo units instead of solenoides... is it the same thing for BKD / BKP???

Your 220 nozzles will fit on BKD injectors...99%

As I can see, the PD140 nozzles are DSLA152P 1287++, this is not the same spray angle than the DSLA150P 1043 from the PD150/130...
I'll need custom nozzles!!
It seems that the PD140 conn rods are the same as the PD100. I could replace them by a set of PD130/150 rods and I would get a very strong block.
