Only if it meets federalization requirements for the US. Which if you're having to wait for it to age out to get it in Canada, it probably doesn't.

yeah you can have a car here that isn't 25 years old but it has to meet the safety standards, so its easier to get a euro spec car that they sold here than a oddball car like a lancia delta integrale.
