Pop testing TDI injectors?

Wondering if these homemade pop test can test TDI injectors? they're  2 stage I'm told, and a larger fitting(line)

You can test the primary opening pressure but a standard pop tester will not be capable of checking the second opening pressure.

And yes, they are larger then the IDI injectors.

Hi Andy
you will need an electronic pressure sensor and electronic box to get access to the sescondary opening pressure of the TDI injectors.

The nozzle kit that Bosch sell comes with a nozzle and the intermediate plate above it.
The idea of the complete kit, although more expensive lets you set the breaking pressure of the first stage, the second stage will always be correct as they are preset at the factory.
Or, you can buy the cheaper nozzles only, and have to have them installed and set up on a fancy machine.
Breaking pressures are set by swapping out different size "Pressure pins" Thet pins are cheap enough but there is laods of vairants on size, like about 50 part numbers.
The ones I have done seem to be around 34mm, give or take but I'm sure that they will all differ.
