IP for AAZ power enhancement

Hi guys, i am a big fan of this forum and had a big hand on my first aaz rebuilt this winter but not im overpass by my IP.

I timed it 6000 kms ago and now, since i changed my fuel filter last night, my idle is high as if the cold lever starts was pull all the time.

Do you guys think its an electric issue, a vaccum issue or what else?

My idle screw is unscrew all the way. Should i play with the one where the black arrow is on the draw below?

Last night, i forgot to fill my new fuel filter with diesel, so it took a lot of rev to start up my engine. My pump looks fine anyway!

After thinking about it, i think my IP is just responding to something else happening in the engine.

In the FAQ section, i found someone that solve the problem by chaning his injectors.
