Are there any investors out there? Here's an opportunity.

I know I know...  In light of the recent talks about off topic discussion on this forum, I was very hesitant to even bring this up.  The reason which I have chosen to proceed anyway is that a substantial amount of money could be made for a seemingly small investment.  The money from that investment could then in turn be put to good use, under the hood .

Now lets get down to business.  The who: Mooncor Oil & Gas.  The why: severely undervalued.  The how: taken from recent news release "The total Contingent plus Prospective Recoverable Gas-in-Place is estimated to be up to 1.35 TCF." plus their stock is trading at about $0.355 currently.

What does 1.35 TCF (Trillion cubic feet) mean?  The wellhead price for natural gas was $4.19/Mfc back in February.  An Mfc = 1000 CF (cubic feet) of gas.  Take 1.35 Billion Mfc and multiply by the price per Mcf (the price has since changed, but this is for illustration purposes).  This equates to: $5,656,500,000.  Fully diluted, the company has 123,660,280 shares. Now based on those numbers, each share is worth up to $45.74 if a direct value is taken.  That is not the case in this situation, but it does mean that the stock *should* be worth much more.  The 1.35 TFC gas does not even take into account their recently acquired land position more than doubling them to 103,680 acres.

So if anyone is interested, I highly encourage you to do your own due dilligence before investing.  Check them out at www.mooncor.com.  To my fellow Canadians, this is a great time to open up that TFSA account and start making TAX FREE money!!!

To the mods:  you can take this down if you feel it to be inappropriate.  I just thought I would share rather than keeping to myself.
