depends on what kind of shape it's in...are the diff bearings so loose that the drive flange seals leak? that's the weak point on these units. does it work well, not grind or howl? if it's good it's worth 100 or 150 anyways.

$150 if you guarantee it won't howl when it's installed, $75 as-is.

That's probably what I would do.

You can feel the play in the drive flanges with it out of the car.
