The engine is new but has been in storage for a while. It is an industrial engine and makes 57.7HP @4000RPM. I have full spec sheets, curves, and pictures available upon request.
The engine is set up as an open power unit with radiator, fan, muffler, control panel, air cleaner, SAE 4 flywheel housing and 10" flywheel.
Please let me know if you are interested, we are asking $3,895 + shipping. This is a great price and less than a new engine costs.
Thanks

I'm not interested in the engine but I would love to see the charts and papers that come along with it if you don't mind.

Is there any particular graph or spec that you are looking for? I don't have a digital copy so I have to scan every page...

Well if you have the hp/torque and fuel consumption graphs that's be great. If it's too much work though, don't worry about it.

I went ahead and scanned the whole spec sheet. The HP and fuel consumption curves are on the fourth page, it has the JG-4 injection pump equipped.
You can download the full spec sheet from our website:

Just to help you sell it, the later ADG's have piston oilers and the TDI style crank pulley and crankshaft. Possibly the best 1.9 liter IDI engine to use.

The pump would have to be replaced or changed to go into a vehicle. The head on mine was only 8mm and there were some weird governor springs.

ive run the pump for 3-4 years without issues, it is weird to get use to but it gets really good fuel economy and has lots of low end torque. the only bad thing is that the governor springs will only allow so many rpm so i can only go 82-3mph with an acn trans.

Just wanted to say that this engine is still available if anyone is interested.
