I really need a good, working injection pump for my 1.6td. The car is stranded and I need to get it running ASAP. I have a pump I can exchange, but it's got a couple things missing from it like the accel lever, and fuel banjos.

I could do that... but I've spent a year rebuilding the stupid thing for boost, and now the injection pump is crap!
Desperate times call for desperate measures. But I'm not sure if I'm that desperate haha...

i ran a n/a pump on my turbo motor for a buncha miles. im pretty sure if you have one of these pumps and boost, you pretty much cant cook your engine. i never did. never even came close. they just dont push the fuel that tue turbo pumps do. but yea, if you NEED it to run now, a n/a pump will probably be the best bet.
