1985 VW Jetta Turbo Diesel imported from Germany by a serviceman shortly after new. The car spent most of its life in one of the Carolina's. This Jetta has only been in VT for the past 4+/- yrs. The body is in very good shape for the year, with the exception of some front end damage from previous owner running into it with a tractor mounted snowblower. Mileage is unknown, 1.6 turbo diesel, 5 speed (shifter sloppy, comes with new ball kit), pioneer CD player, New glow plugs, new battery, VW alloys with decent summer tires, extra set of steel rims with good winters on them. This car needs the passenger side headlight, front bumper (or fix the blinker) and windshield for inspection. It also need the injection pump rebuilt to get it to start. Ran fine until pump started leaking. Bought new gaskets for pump, put them in and now it won't fire. This car will easily get 50+ MPG and is an ideal candidate of a WVO conversion.
