Studs are an amazing investment.
 however they are much more expensive than replacement stretchies.

The peace of mind knowing that at the cost of a HG you can take the head on and off as many times as you want is pretty nice.

Studs are priceless..   Especially on 1.5's and early 1.6's with 11mm head bolts..   They're far cheaper than replacing a cracked engine block!!!!

Dammit, how'd you get a t-shirt???   I didn;t get no stinkin t-shirt!!

I've got about 4 cracked 11mm blocks now..   One of them is in my daily driver for now..  Thinking of making flower planters out of them for the front yard  :lol:
