I've got an AAZ pump I won't be needing anymore. I was planning on doing a m-TDI build but I don't have the funds to go for it so I'm sticking with the 1.6TD. Anyways, I was going to use this AAZ pump in the build.

The pump was just rebuilt by me. I put in new seals and every piece was cleaned and inspected. Main shaft is 17mm and the plunger is 9mm. Governor shaft sleeve was seized and was replaced by a good used Bosch part.

The internals of the pump are set to the original specs. The fuel screw was not altered. The only thing that will be needed is external adjustments (idle, cold-start settings) because I am not lucky enough to have a test bench and I really didn't want to put it on my car just to set it. Comes with high-idle vacuum actuator, sensor on top of pump, adjustable inner pulley half, both solenoids.

The pump also comes with the 1.6td boost pin and spring!

Asking $225 CDN plus shipping.
