WTB: center section for a VNT1749a

looking for a complete working center section, doesnt matter if its a good working used one, or a cheap enough new one, rebuilt whatever.. im just looking for options. i know factory center sections are REALLY EXPENSIVE.

 Described as a "Mark IV TDI k03 turbo (bad, does not spin, turbine damage) - $35"

is that thing even worth getting? mine spins and makes boost, just has bad bearings and seals. the compressor was taken off and never clocked properly with the turbine, causing it to be un balanced. so it just eats the bearings.

because the bearings are so bad that the turbine and compressor wheel are too small. the housings both look fine, but they are definately too small.
