1.6 NA ???? About AC

Just curious how to delete the AC on this engine, Its on a MK1 rabbit. The trouble im having it looks as if the AC compressor drives the Alternator. Anyone have a how to on this?

Any ideas I have yet to locate an answer. Kind of would be nice to figure out the AC bracket is broken and done for.

There was a company on vortex.com that had a complete pulley kit, alternator and sepitine belt assy with pulley ( kit )

You need to get a factory non AC bracket, pulleys and alternator. You should be able to use the parts from a mk2
