IC size???

had some questions. i am driving a 1990 jetta 1.6 TD i have adjusted  fuel and eliminated the BOV will be turning the boost up to 18PSI probly next week. would 2.5" diameter pipping be alright for an IC the dementions for the IC i think are 30x7x2.5. will this cause to much lag for the boost

The I/C size seems OK.
2.5 inch boost pipes are OK, but you could do with much smaller pipes just as well.
