I have a gasser with a bad im shaft bearing ( I think ) I need to pull the pan anyway so can I get the bearings in and out with the engine in the car? I have a cam bearing instalation tool. access is my only problem.

There are a couple of guys on here with some homemade tools. Andrew Libby....something I think is one of them. I also think I saved a link for homemade tools I will post if I can find it. The reason I say all of that is that with a standard cam bearing tool in the car I don't know that you will have enough room to get it to go. The homemade version might give you some more room.
