• Hey guys!
  
  My friend needs to remove injectors on his TDI PD 2002 mK4 golf. Would any one know how to do that and what should one be cautious about?
  
  Any DIY articles or anything else is appreciated. Thanks.

• Don't remember about removing them but i'm pretty sure you need some kinda special jig when re-installing them. Someone else may know but i'm pretty sure it's a pain.

• It's easy to remove & reinstall injector on PD engine, not special tool is needed exept triple square bit.
  
  Dont forget to reinstall new o-ring and readjust the injector cam follower.

• Whats a triple square bit? and where are the injectors on pd engines?
   
  
  Are they under the valve cover?

  triple square = 12 point.  and yes the injectors are under the valve cover.

  i left VW just before having to do one. Another one of their lies. No wonder  my boss used to get angry everytime a new tool showed up and most cases had to buy with zero option to send it back. some  of course were neccessary, but at least half were never used.
