I have a 1.6td cylinder head that was dealer rebuilt two years back. Car was run for 1 year and has been sitting since.
Head is in good shape, but does have small cracks between the valves. Dealer advised me they are not a problem. All new components, valves, hydraulic lifters etc. Can include camshaft and valve cover if needed.
Not sure what it's worth...cost over $700 for the work...$450? Let me know if I'm out to lunch.
