hey if anyone out there has a 1.6td boost pin please let me know lots done to my aaz but i just can't find that pin anywhere!!

if you  can find a cummins dealer you could order it though them.It might be expensive though.I would grind your 1.9 pin,no?
Cummins 4bta- 85 dodge prospector short bed
28 mpg!!and i can pull down a house!
1.6td in toyota pickup
10mm head ,t3 intercooled.

i would grind it but if i ever had to bring it in for emissions testing i would have to find another pin,

ahh dident actually know you could do that...how would i know how much to grind? how deep to grind..

Im in ohio ,we get tested and it takes alot to fail(havent done it yet)My dad tested his cummins maxxed out and it passed with colors,black mostly :D  :D  :D

I believe I have a 1.6TD boost pin since my Cummins pumps utilize the larger diameter pins...

PM me...and I'll look tomorrow.

yours may be different...but the cummins LDA's that I have run a slightly larger pin. You can swap to the 1.6 ones in them...but you have to tear the LDA down and replace the sleeve in which the pin rides for the smaller diameter IDI TD pin.
