I just bought a complete 1.9TD AAZ engine  8) I'm going to sell the intercooler with all the brackets and stuff because that doesn't fit in my caddy 1, but I have a 90x30x4cm front mount IC that fits exactly around my radiator :)

So what to do before putting it into my caddy?

I've got injectors and the pump from a 80HP 1.6 GTD , are they useful in the AAZ? or is it better to swap the GTD's LDA pin only?

The TD was in the caddy at about 21.00h (did some parting out the golf) but I think I have a little problem with the diesel... it runs after a long start but doesn't idle when I give it a LOT of diesel with the screw on the side of the pump.. when I set it back to orignal is just vrrrrrmms... once in a while, going to have a look later today :)

The intercooler is an original rabbit Mk2 IC:




all plastic, hoses and supports included... I want €200,- for it but I think you missed my location ;)
