Received a letter today in the mail stating that someone turned me in reporting that at 10am on dec 19th my car was smoking. HMMM at 10 am on a cold morning. Smoke, or was it condensation? I notice no smoke from my car unless I hold the gear for way to long then its not even that much. If my car is cold yea it does the typical cold burn off. Im betting it was an old person who has nothing better to do.Edit yes my car needs injectors and what not, but its not that bad...yet.
dont worry about it, being a diesel they cant do anything since there is no program for testing and licensing according to emissions.

[will] start a visual inspection of required emissions equipment on all 1998 and newer passenger cars/trucks.additionally a functional check of the OBD2 system will be performed as well.
