I don't know anything about VE6 pumps, but I had a quick look at Finnish forums:
Apparently you can fit a 5,9l Cummins head, or one from any number of
Perkins, MAN, Iveco, DAF and New Holland. Those should all have 12 mm plunger heads. Hopefully that helps..

that doesn't help, the pump ist of the rare left-turning type, i have not seen any other engines than the VW/Audi/Volvo 5 and 6 cylinder using that kind.

There must be some parts that swap over to it.  I understand Giles can build a hot rod D24 pump...

1984 Volvo 760 GLE,  "built" D24T w/ARP studs, MLS head gasket, ported/polished head, 3 angle valve job, NA cam, 56mm T3/T4, NA manifold, FMIC w/ 3" alum piping, 3" turbo back, detailed in CAT yellow. T-5 manual swapped w/ Clutchnet 6-puck.  Best of 16.07@86mph with orig. worn out engine.
